Owners Ivan and Kristin Ruano first met on the job-site doing what they love and have been together ever since. Years of marriage and two daughters later, they decided it was time to create a company that delivered a quality, all inclusive design and installation experience to its clients.

Ivan

Owner and Master Builder, Ivan Ruano, has spent 25 years in the construction industry learning and developing expert skills that set him apart. Having worked on projects ranging from home construction to finished carpentry, masonry and landscape installation, Ivan demonstrates an extensive understanding of all aspects of construction. It is this expertise that allows him to envision an entire project from conception to installation. He delivers the highest quality product possible and takes extreme pride in each individual project he approaches. 

Besides raising their two young girls, Kristin Ruano is a landscape designer with a BS in Landscape Architecture from the University of Connecticut. With over 10 years of experience in both commercial and residential design, she has spent her career working across most of New England. Her experience shapes her design principles and she believes that all design should be unique while acting as a functioning part of the surrounding environment.

We understand the process that goes into creating your space from start to completion. Our goal is to unite your vision and our experience to create your perfect outdoor space. We like to think outside the box. We look forward to the potential challenges that each property offers. From conception to reality, no two projects are ever the same. We embrace creative solutions that work as a functioning part of the environment. 

We begin by meeting on the project site to discuss the needs and vision of the client. By conducting an in-depth site analysis, including photos and measurements, our designers can get a strong understanding of the space and scope of the work. After a final design is approved, our designers continue to work hand in hand with the client and masons to ensure that no detail is overlooked and that expectations become reality.
